Hey guys I’m in first year of a BSN program and I was wondering if I should save my notes from this year for the NCLEX exam in 3 years.

You should save them for the next three years you are in nursing school.  You don't know when you will need to refer back to a previous semester for information.

When it comes to NCLEX there are a lot of study guides and programs out there to use but it would be foolish to toss out notes at the end of any year.

Agree with the above. Save your notes, but you are unlikely to be using them for NCLEX. By the time you get to NCLEX, you either know the material or you don't. The biggest problem with NCLEX isn't content as much as how to read, evaluate and then answer those NCLEX style questions.
