I just took the nclex, RN BSN, it was tough. I did the NCSBN review online. It seemed to help me alot. I passed and it was the only way that I reviewed/studied before the test. It has a ton of practice questions and that is what helped me out the most. It also gives rationals. Go to NCSBN.com and register. There are different payments/prices and you pretty much just buy the time. Hope this helps! Good luck!

I loved Saunders during school and also to study for the NCLEX. I think it's an excellent text and I passed on the first try! Good luck to you.

Just to avoid confusion for others...there is only one NCLEX-RN. There is no diploma, ASN, BSN, MSN version of the test.

I did use Saunders, but preferred Kaplan (took NCLEX RN in Sept and passed 1st time). Good luck!

I used Saunders for both my LPN and RN NCLEX, and passed with the minimum both times. I liked Saunders questions a lot and used it for review for school as well.

I primarily used Kaplan QBANK -- I had a Saunders text but I only did the practice questions out of it.

I used the Kaplan material (class and book), passed the first time with 75 questions. I recommend it, they give you a lot of support and great tips that I actually used when I took the NCLEX. I would use it again!

I did the same, plus the online tutorials and questions. They have online lectures that I liked, about 45 minutes each just to go back through what they did in the classes.... covers the same material.... I also would use it agian and highly recommend the program. 75 questions, first try.

I would highly recommend the Kaplan course to prepare you for the NCLEX RN. The study and questions are HARD and from the research that I did prior to embarking on this course, they are the closest resemblance to the NCLEX questions and therefore prepare you at that level. I do have the Saunders book and it is a good book to read but I found the questions a lot easier than the ones set by Kaplan. hope that helps.
