Has anyone worked at Santa Barbara, CA Cottage Hospital Psych Unit? If so, would you share your impressions, and how do you rate the program? There appears to be relatively frequent recruitment. I wonder (because I'm applying) if the reason is the high cost of apartments rentals in Santa Barbara or something else? Happy New Year.
