Hi everyone, first time poster, long time lurker.
Its been a long two year road to finish all prerequisites.
I just dropped off my application for the Fall 2018.
I wish good luck to all to those applied.
According to the nice lady that accepted my application and gave me a time stamp, they will send a decision via snail mail first week of April 2018.
My points: 80.5
TEAS: 83.3
GPA sciences: 4.0
Again, good luck!

Hello there!
I am also a 'long time lurker', until now lol.
I dropped off my application earlier today (for Fall 2018).
Are you applying to any other programs?
My stats:
- AA degree
- 1000+ hrs of work as an EMT
- 4.0 science GPA
- 5/5 Life Experiences
- 74.7 TEAS
Total points for SAC: 79
Best of luck to everyone! :)
Good luck to both of us. Yes, this is the only college I am applying to.
The cut off last semester was 71 points according to a lady that was at the TEAS test site.
I will be asking for the ECP option.
Do they usually give you an option once you're accepted?
Or is it random?
There are total of 60 seats for Fall 2018. 20 is for ECP and 40 is for traditional. ECP program is actually for Saint Joseph employees who want to become RN. However, it isn't filled up and as a result, they ask accepted traditional students if they want a spot.
ECP have evening classes and weekend clinical while traditional is done during the morning class and weekday clinical.

Hi everyone. Sending good vibes to everyone :) Limmie would you happen to have additional information regarding the ECP program? I am a St. Joseph employee and have not heard anything about this option. I appreciate any info. :)

They don't really give much info about it except for a few bare bone mentions in their FAQ, and on the application you can see the St Joseph verification portion on the checklist. But yes, regardless of points, if you qualify and are a St Joe's employee then you will get a spot for the Extended Campus Program which has lecture taught at the hospital. This is only for fall applicants though. Which means you should be getting in!
Yeah the website is very vague. I missed the deadline for fall 2018 since I'm still working on my anatomy and physiology classes. I'll have to apply next year :/ meanwhile I'm waiting for RCC since I'm the IE area. Thanks for the info avalanche-vii :)
Evelyn, hi. Yes they give you a whopping 8 points total if you take that class, assuming you get an A. They no longer offer it though at SAC. It is now part of the program now. With your high points I'm sure you'll get in. Good luck!
Hi LImmie, oh thanks for the info that's good then that way it will bump me to 88 pts. Sac is my last choice but if they r the only ones that take me that's where I'm going lol. Good luck to you too!! Sounds like u will be in too!
