SAN JOAQUIN DELTA COLLEGE FALL 2019 ADN

Nursing Students School Programs

Hey everyone I can't seem to find a forum for the Fall 2019 application for Delta so I thought I'd create one. I applied already. I like the way the new application is set up online. It was clearer to me this time around. I'm curious as to how many points everyone is applying with. ?

I got in, and I applied with 77.5 points. If MJC will admit me for the Fall semester, I will give up my spot. But I really don't want to wait to get in for the Spring semester, I've been a full time student with a family of 6 and need to get back to work ASAP.

i got alternate 43. what a joke just tell us we weren't selected ? like really? 43? theres no way...

Ugh! I can relate to your disgust. If you don’t mind me asking... how many points did you apply with?

Yeah I feel like that’s fair. Everything in Sacramento is random selection (community colleges) which I don’t think is fair. I applied 4 times with no luck. I applied to Delta and got in right away.

Do you guys know anyone that will decline their spot? I'm alternate number 12 ..

Wait about a week and MJC will announce their selection. Several people I know will likely decline if they get in there, myself included. I'm really hoping to get in there, I'm not looking to a 50 minute commute...

Thanks. Yea I know mjc's application is still open and im debating if I should apply but like you said, I don't want to commute especially when clinicals start around 6:30.

How many points did you have?

MJC won’t announce their final selection until early July.

Those who are selected for documentation will receive an email at the end of the day around June 3rd, but final decisions will probably be in July, so you’re going to have to wait another month and a half.
