Hey everyone ! I am new to this thread. Finally decided to create an account so I can communicate with you fellow nurses/future nurses. I've currently applied to San Jacinto College North LVN program for the FALL2011. I take my HESI July 6th. I'm curious if any of you know just exactly how competitive they are at San Jac for LVN? I have Taken all of my Anatomy & Physiology (I&II) (scored a B in both) , Microbiology (B), and Pharmacology (B). So I have all B's in my biologies and all B's in the rest of my Nursing Curriculum courses (All meant for RN). I have been denied TWICE at Lee College and actually went today to an Information Session to see why. They are very competitive. I figured I'd give LVN a try just to get things going. It seems the HESI is going to be very easy. I was curious if having all of these courses already would really help me to get in? I'd really appreciate some feedback ! Thanks and nice to meet you all, my name is Erika.

I think you would have a pretty good chance of getting in. I turned in my app at another school and there yesterday and the secretary said they get about 120 applications and only select about 60. They base it on Hesi scores.
I made a Commulative score of 83 on my HESI......Very nervous......
