Hi Jenny,

My name is Alli and I applied too. Called today and she said the decisions are still in deliberation. This is my second time applying and I've applied to several other schools.

My stats are 3.68 Overall GPA, 3.75 Science GPA and an 88% overall Teas (85 science, 96 math, 88 reading comp and 83 english/grammar)

If you don't mind me asking, what are your stats and how many times have you applied?

Hi Alli! This will be my 4th time applying. The spring semesters are the best time to apply because there are a lot of spots open to transfer students. I was on the waitlist spring 2014. The 2 falls I have applied to the were no spots open fall 2013 and 5 spots for fall 2014. It's been a long road! Anyways, my GPA is a 3.5, I'm retaking the TEAS to get a better score. Hopefully we both get in this semester!!!!! Good luck! It looks like you have a great chance!

From what I hear persistence is a key factor. I'm crossing my fingers for myself and you! I know even after just this second round of applying its hard to keep my chin up. Thank you for helping me realize I'm not alone in this quest for admission :)

Alli, are there other posts about the spring semester? I thought there would be more people commenting on my post about applying. We should be finding out within the next 2 weeks!! EEK!

Yes, I am talking about spring 2015. I'm so nervous! I got wait listed at CSU stanislaus. I'm praying for an acceptance to Merritt.

Hello, my name is Patrick and I also applied for Spring 15. This is my first time applying for this school. I haven't heard anything yet as far as acceptance or denial, but I am sure we will find out if not this week then next week.

Overall GPA: 3.3

Science GPA: 3.7

TEAS Overall: 89.3

reading: 90.5

math: 100

science: 87.5

english: 83.3

I have heard from current students and previous applicants, that while GPA and TEAS are important, they really look at your references and personal statement.
