Salary for ADON 150 beds

I live in the Midwest and I’m considering an ADON position. Interview is scheduled for next week. I have 20 years experience as a nurse, BSN. The hospitals around here pay RNs with my years of experience 40/hr.

I’m sure they’ll ask me what salary I expect to make. I don’t want to go to high or too low. I checked out Glassdoor and a couple other websites that were of no help since it listed the range from 48000-80000. That’s a wide range.

What do you think would be a reasonable amount where I’m not getting screwed, but at the sane time, not ruining my chance.
