Anyone accepted for the Fall 2008 semester? I just got my acceptance letter!!! Yay!!! :) :yeah:

the test is blahhhhh.. if you can read and write at a high school level you are fine..the math was basic with a little algebra toward the end, solve for X stuff ...not hard at all youll do fine

Hey do you know if there are any other free moneys through the school other than Tap nd the Pell Grant?

I called the school to ask them but they only give info for the Spring.

If you guys dont mind me asking what was your GPA when they accepted you to the school. I have all my pre-reqs but im a lil nervous that my 2.7 GPA will be overlooked by more qualified students.

I believe they're looking at an overall package... is ur 2.7 just from pre-reqs? or is it from other courses you may not have done so well on... and also you can help make up for it by doing well on the entrance exam..

My GPA wasn't too far off of yours, but i had about a 98% on the math portion of the exam, and about an 84% on the english. When I was granted the interview I took that opportunity to explain why I felt I didn't do as well as i couldve in my previous bachelors.

No I have a 2.7 overall, I was at CUNY-Medgar evers but their program is extremely competitive. But thanks for the info.

Just letting you all know that I was speaking to one of the professors at Saint Vincents and she told me that they will bge accepting students in the Spring as well as the fall...yay!
