Hey !!
anybody know any information about this school??
I read that in order for me to be told information about the school ( gpa, requirements etc.) I would have to send in $100 along with an application which sounds like a complete scam to me please correct me if I'm wrong!

All the information you need to know regarding requirements can be found on their web site.

Click on the campus you are considering for specifics.
I have not applied, but researched the school for a while. There is an application process, which includes taking 2 tests (a 12 minute "IQ" test, and the HESI entrance exam). I assume you can make an appt. to discuss your credits if you will be transferring.
Good luck

A friend told me about this school. Her friend actually goes there and loves it. I called up the school asking for more information because the website was horrible and did not tell me much. The person would not tell me any information unless I set up an appt where I have to take a 12minute exam to see if I can even apply and she will go over everything with me. They only have these exams on Wednesdays at 12:30pm (for the Staten Island one).
I did not appreciate the admissions counselor not being able to go over this information on the phone with me. Since I work full time, I found this to be very inconvenient especially since all I wanted was more information before deciding on whether to apply or not. It was also very difficult to get ahold of an admissions counselor because the phone number that they give you is through a call center. Because of this, I do not plan on applying to this school.
Additionally, if I'm not mistaken, the school is not accredited by NLN. You might want to do a bit of research on this as it might affect your chances of getting into a school with for a BSN. I believe it's also on this forum somewhere (that's how I found this information).
If you are still interested in the school, good luck!
