Saint Martin’s University BSN program 2021/2022

Published

Hey guys! I didn’t see a form for this so I figured I’d make one since this program is so new! Has anyone heard about whether or not they’ve been accepted into the BSN program to Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, WA? My general acceptance letter Into the college said I’d be notified today however, on another page on the main site it says we’ll be notified sometime in March. I need to prepare for another BSN interview tomorrow for Seattle University so I’d be awesome to know their decision today.

Specializes in Aerospace Physiology.

Hey there! I had found out I have been waitlisted for Spring 2022. Did you get accepted? If so, did you have prior healthcare experience?

good luck with your interview!

Bethany

Congrats Bethany! ? I wasn’t accepted. I didn’t have healthcare experience did I did attend an occupational therapy assistant program for a semester. I also had a 3.8 pre-req GPA.
And thank you! My interview went well although now I’m wondering if I should get patient care hours.

Thanks! I am grateful for that. I wasn't accepted into Seattle University or UW. I would say that I think it helps to have patient care hours for sure. Good luck!

I was waitlisted for Spring 2022 as well. I didn’t have healthcare experience but I do have a prior degree. I’m sorry to hear you weren’t accepted.

Thank you ?? I was thinking of getting my EMT license and try for other schools next year. I asked how I could better my application and my advisor told me with how competitive the program is, I most likely won’t get accepted because of my grades from ten years ago when I first started community college (I failed an entire quarter). But my dad had a major stroke which is what led me to healthcare in the first place, so it was kind of a devastating, yet helpful experience.
I hope you get in!!
