I guess it is time for a brainstorming session of sorts. Ideas? In an independent practice state, does anyone have any ideas on what types of concierge medicine/high volume clinic ideas might do alright in a rural under-served area?A multipurpose clinic space is available, but I need would need to keep the ancillary revenue from a concierge medical services steady in order to balance out the Medicare-Medicaid patients. For example, on certain days and times have "Asthma Clinic" or "Teen Clinic" etc.

From your findings you'll be able to figure out what the care needs of the people are, and that's how you will know what kind of services you should offer.
