Just wondering about this.....esp when doing them on patients I've never seen before. Agency has had a couple rns need to scale back hours and asked me to do a few roc's on patients I've never seen.
JustMeRN 238 Posts Has 16 years experience. Aug 19, 2015 I work per diem. When I do roc its frequently someone I have never seen. usually it's 1/2 hour review of discharge papers before I see the client. Around 1 hour in the home, and then an hour tops to finish paperwork.
