RN Wellness Coach salary ?

Interesting question. I've only seen this title as PART of the RN responsibilities for a specific job. For instance, I am paid as an RN in a specific role, and part of my role IS "Wellness Coach" for the facility. No one who has held that role before me has had it be their entire job. And my facility is part of a huge national umbrella of facilities, all of which employ Wellness Coaches but only as part of the rest of their job duties. Not to say that some weeks I don't spend more than half my time on it, but there it is.

I could be wrong, but I've always thought that a Wellness Coach was a entrepreneurial endeavor. In which case, of course, your salary would depend upon how many clients you have, overhead and business expenses, etc.

LOL, that's probably the reason it IS rolled into the job I was hired for (as is the same with all the people --not necessarily nurses, btw-- who did it before me, and along with me in other similar facilities). Companies like the idea very much. They like paying for it very little. So...it gets to be part of someone's job. Luckily, I like it quite a bit
