What counts as practice hours for RN license renewal? RN's work in so many roles. Some jobs aren't specifically looking only for nurses...they can be filled by various healthcare backgrounds. For example - working in Community health outreach or diabetes education (RN not required for job). Could you still count this as nurse practice hours for renewal?I asked my BON (Maryland) via email and got an automated response about not being able to answer that type of question.
