RN new To Baton Rouge, Which hospitals are the best to work for?

Hey guys, 

I am an RN with 2 years ICU experience, as well as an RRT with 3 yrs ICU experience. My wife and I just moved to the Baton Rouge/Gonzales area of Louisiana and was curious on with hospital/ health system was the best to work for as an RN here. I have only worked in ICUs since starting in respiratory in 2015 and learned thats more of my speed. I do not have any knowledge of any of the institutions (other than my online research). Any advice or input will be much appreciated.
