Taking the RN boards for the third time and getting completely discouraged. 1st attempt, got 75 questions with a big fat fail. Took Kaplan review, practiced and read. Had 177 questions and a big fat fail. Can't get a refund on Kaplan bc it was my second attempt so they offered me a review retake. Finished taking the review, reviewing the videos, taking tests, reading books, notecards and going to the library. Took their practice test and got a 40%. I don't know what else I can do.
Testing in 30 days.
Anyone have any suggestions?
I work pt night shift and a per diem position where I pick up 1 shift a week. Have a toddler at home, etc etc
I tend to be a visual learner and a hands on person. So if anyone has any advice, suggestions, prayers? LOL
Thank you in advance

Find an in-person tutor, or at the very least an in-person review course. You need specific feedback about your performance. Is there a certain subject area that you have trouble understanding, do you have issues taking tests (anxiety, dyslexia, whatever), do you have issues with how to answer NCLEX-style questions (e.g. which answer is THE MOST correct?). You need to review your practice questions and tests with an actual person who can help explain to you WHY you're getting questions wrong, and what the right answer is and WHY.
