RN jobs in sacramento!!!

i got my RN lic 2 years ago and since then I CANT FIND A HOSPITAL JOB. i have LTC experienced. and now im moving to sacramento.. can you pls give me any advice in trying/getting a hospital job!?!?

Sacramento has a pretty tight market for RN hospital jobs. There really isn't any secret sauce or anything that I've seen regarding getting a job around here. Since you have LTC experience, you might want to consider finding a job in that area while applying to acute care hospitals. If you have a BSN, you'll probably have a better chance of getting a job than someone that doesn't, but just understand that you may have to look for an acute care job outside the immediate area because things are just that saturated here.

And yes, I'm in the Sacramento market...
