RN grad wants to challenge NCLEX-PN

Hi! I am a BSN grad and failed NCLEX-RN twice. I am not giving up but I only want to try taking NCLEX-PN. Is there anyone who can tell me how and what to write to the RN for them to forward my docs to the PN? Thank you! :)

You just have to apply to your state board for the practical nurse license. If your state board of nursing has a website just go there and print up a lpn application fill it out and mail it in with the fees.

They will not forward your RN application to the PN board. You have to start from scratch on the PN site. Good luck.
