I graduated from Regents College (now Excelsior University) in 1998.
I was issued a temporary license by the state of California (which now, is expired).
Waiting for my permanent license to be issued.
From my understanding, I am suppose to be grandfathered in, because the regulations that were set in place by California, went into effect on December 5, 2003 (Regarding Excelsior Graduates).
But they still haven't issued me a license.
How can I expedite this process, or help it along?

All I can suggest is contacting the Cali BRN. You should definitely be able to obtain a license in California without an issue -- a couple of my friends who finished Excelsior with me in 2008 had maintained continuous enrollment since before the deadline in 2003, and both are licensed in California, no problems. Keep us posted! :)
Thanks for the feedback Lisa.
Much appreciated.
I think that I am dealing with a person who is a bit green, and not up to date with how the policy works.
Although, she is aware of the December 5, 2003 regulation..She is not aware of how the Regents/Excelsior program works (as far as ACT/PEP is concerned).
I'll keep you updated.
