I am researching RN-BSN programs and trying to find one that is heavier on the science side, than management. Anyone have any recommendations?

I'm not aware of any BSN completion program that offers a "heavy science component." The basic premise of all BSN completion program is that you have already learned what you need to know (including what science you need to know) for basic licensure as an RN and to practice bedside nursing -- the BSN completion program curriculum consists of the content common to BSN curricula that is not included in diploma and ADN programs, and that is mostly public/community health nursing and management/leadership (plus whatever other general education one needs to meet the general requirements for a BS degree).
If you want more science content, you can either choose to take those courses on your own (within the framework of the BSN completion program), or pursue a different major.
