Hi there!

Welcome to the Forum for Prospective Nursing students starting in Spring of 2020.

The application period (subject to change and directly from RCC website) opens from the First Business day in September- the First Business day in October to apply for Spring.

Also, Please let me know if creating a Facebook group would be more streamlined.

Feel free to share questions, comments, concerns!

I was trying to create an account for the complio and it said it would send me an activation link to my email, but it never did. I’ve tried resending it about 10 times, but nothing! It’s been a day since I first tried! Did this happen to anybody else? (I did not put a wrong email, I checked by trying to make a new account with the same email and it said that email belonged to another account already.)

Same thing happened to me. I didn't get any email so I couldn't activate my account ? I think I should ask someone tomorrow at the meeting.

I actually called their customer service once I didn’t get an activation email after 24 hours. They helped me by sending me the email right after I called. I panicked and thought I may have put in the wrong email but I think it’s just their system.

The same thing happened to me. I sent an email to complio and they replied within a couple of days and took care of it.

The same thing had happened to me! However I also put in a "backup email"/ Second email and for some reason, it sent it to that email instead of me 1st email, which is the RCC one! So I would check all the emails you added when you registered for the account, including the spam inbox, of all the emails you put down!

I added her upcoming classes and phone. I used her this year for the CNA program requirement for the BLS card. Call for evening time classes if that's what you need. Congrats to everyone

I also panicked a little for the same reason! Calling them was gonna be my second plan, but they're not open on the weekends ?. Thank you for assuring me I wasn't the only one though!

Wow I was going to put a backup email also, but decided at the last second it wasn't necessary! I should have just done it, it wouldn't have hurt ?

I agree, call the help line at complio. They were very helpful(lol), and I was able to create an account right away after I called them.

Missed intake day on December 16th. I specifically told Alexis that I would be gone for all of December and I get with a major miss.

Did we cover anything major?
