Hi there!

Welcome to the Forum for Prospective Nursing students starting in Spring of 2020.

The application period (subject to change and directly from RCC website) opens from the First Business day in September- the First Business day in October to apply for Spring.

Also, Please let me know if creating a Facebook group would be more streamlined.

Low ?

I think it was 70, I didnt get my hopes up because of how low my points are but it sucks having to wait for the rejection email.

Its like tell me already so I can plan my life ?

No, it wasn’t me... I was accepted into the LVN-RN program

Oh.. i have 70 too. ? i was hoping id have enough points to make it to cep because last semester people with low 60s got in.

Im gonna try retaking microbiology next semester and get an A to increase my points

I called today and gave them my name, number, and student ID and the guy said “ok someone will call you. If you don’t hear from us, call up at 4:30” so i called (8 times) and voicemail every time. Ugh! If i didn’t get in, just tell me so i can focus on my work again and not stare at my email all day. It’s so frustrating! I don’t think i got in because my points are seriously low and my TEAS sucked but still, just let me know. You made us wait 6 months already! (I’m a little cranky...)

I got all Bs on all my sciences ?

I have other career options but nursing was my first choice ☹

Everyone at work is telling me to not give up that I will be an amazing nurse and etc. How can I be an amazing nurse when I cant even get into a program ? I cant be a CNA forever ?

I'm a little cranky too. I sent the sitter on her 15min break and I told the patient we are going to listen to sad songs. ?
