What are you doing at your Hospital to retain your nurses and how do you go about recruiting nurses for your hospital. Thanks

At the moment, we don't have to do much of anything. The national economy is taking care of that for us. Our staff is wanting to work more hours than we can give them to compensate for the fact that their husbands have been laid off, etc.

Where I live, those people who have a job are grateful for it -- and not doing anything to jeopardize their jobs. No one is hiring: so, no one is leaving. etc.
