Hello,
I am writing this thread to find out if anyone will be trying to attend Resurrection University's accelerated BSN program in the daytime and/or evening program in Spring 2017. I have read a lot of threads about the daytime program offering more supports and I wanted to get better clarification on that. Currently as I type, I will be completing my Chemistry and A&P II in the spring and summer of 2016. I will taking my TEAS V exam on January 15. As far as acceptance scores are concerned, can anyone who currently or previously attended the institution share what their stats were? I am really nervous, stressed, scared and happy all at the same time lol, however, I hope that all of the efforts I am putting into attending this program will pay off!!

I know what you are feeling as long as you get the minimum you are basically in. Apply early so you can save yourself a seat. If you have the minimum but they run out of seats, the put you in the waiting list. Believe me if you have the minimum you will get in, is basically first come first serve.

Why is it called Resurrection University..? That is a weird name.
Are you an alumni at this institution? If so, would you mind sharing your stats as far as GPA, teas. Etc? And were you apart of day time or evening?

I currently took my TEAS, I am taking chem 201 and psych 224 in the summer. I am awaiting to hear back, I am a committee case, because I am missing two classes. I have a decent GPA and scored over 68 on the TEAS. Let me know if you hear anything as well, I too have been reading through forums and come up with essentially the same information.
I have been in contact with someone currently in the program (evening) and she will be graduating in December of this year. She was very elaborate on how the schools administration is. Overall she stated its a great school, however, administration is bad. I figure there is always a positive and negative with every school. I am hoping to get in. I have a 3.0 cum GPA from my first BS and a 3.6 sci GPA. I pray to score above the 68% requirement. What is your name BTW?
What exactly Is wrong with administration? I tried scoring above requirement but given certain time frame and events outside, studying was extremely hard to squeeze in.

80 used to be the minimum score for the TEAS. Surprised they dumbed it down.
If you are at all familiar with the healthcare systems in the Chicago area, it was named that from West Suburban School of Nursing after being acquired by Resurrection Healthcare.
The young lady that is currently in the program stated to me that they have a problem with organizatio . For example, she was suppose to be having some clinical at a pediatric site, however, they placed her at a hospital that didn't and the school didn't fins out about that until later. She stated that sometimes exams can come from three different teachers and that certain things they would disagree upon.
I received acceptance for the evening weekend program for fall 2016. , anyone else ?
Congrats!!!!! I pray I get in as well!!!! Let me know how your journey goes!!!!!
