Resume After First Job?

How would you update your resume after your first nursing job? My current resume was geared toward finding that first job, so it has all of my clinical information and school achievements. What's the best way to tailor it for future job hunts? I'm not looking currently, but I figured it would be best to update it now so that I'm prepared for the future.

I would advise removing your clinicals if you've been at your first nursing position for at least one year. Do you have other jobs you can list that are non-nursing?

Most employers will not be interested in clinical highlights once you've worked as a nurse.

If you have received awards or honours at school, continue to list those.
