Hi all,
First post here - I've been a long time stalker of AN however this is my first official post! My husband and I are relocating from CT to the Woodlands, TX in June. I will have four years of Med/Surg, one year ICU and ED experience, as well as several certs, my ACLS and BSN. Can anyone give me a lowdown on the three hospitals in the area - which has the best reputation, which pays well, differentials, etc? I have no plans on commuting to the Medical Center - I am happy to stay right in the Woodlands! I also promised my husband I'd apply for M-F only jobs, any suggestions? Thanks!

You aren't going to find M-F jobs in acute care if you plan to do floor nursing. Are you planning to go into something else?
