Yaayyy Me, I passed my dosage calulations & nutrition class!!! Today I put in my two week notice at my job & i am soooooo relieved! It feels like a weight/burden has been lifted off of me. Im a very understanding person & i understood my bosses concerns BUT what sealed the decision for me was when he said things like "cant you find a school closer" "cant you find another program to get into" "cant you go to class in the evenings?" & i saw myself turning over his desk & paper work like jesus turned over the tables in the temple! None of his questions had to do with him especially when people drive from atl to come to work everyday & NO i cant find another program because i am already accepted into this one & any other program like mines in this area is monday-thursday 8-3 & if they had evening classes dont you think i would be taking that instead?! Smh. When i gave him the letter this morning he "pretended" like he was sad & then asked me the same "cant you questions" & i politely told him that I have to do whats best for me & my future & walked back to my desk. I have peace in my spirit about it & i know that God opened up this door for me to trust & put my hand in his hand & take this journey if it was not so, id still be waiting & applying to other schools & still working. I realized that this is just a job & NURSING is my career! God worked it out & Im about to walk it out! Yes its gonna be a struggle but i know i wasnt brought this far to be left alone its only a year & this time next year I will be graduating! Im ready! Pray hard, Study hard & it will work out!
