regestering for nclex..i am married now

hi to everyone.i dont know if this is the right thread to post my question but in a few months from now i will be regestering for the nclex exam here in NY state.i am aware that the CGFNS will be the one who will verify my credentials in my school in the Philippines. Now my question is i was just married 3 months ago and i am using now my husbands last name. I graduated last year of April. So what do i have to do now..do i still have to change my maiden name into my married name in my school before regestering for the nclex exam?what is the process in doing it? im really confuse on what to do..can somebody help me pls...thanks!!!!

My experience I did not change anything regarding schooling into my new surname I completed forms for CGFNS with my surname and sent them a photocopy of my marriage certificate to prove change of name. Forms generally ask you for maiden name so they can confirm between names
