Red Ribbon Blue Ribbon
This lady goes to a vet and learns that that if you put a ribbon around a snoring dog''s member he''ll roll over and stop snoring.
The next night her dog is snoring so she goes to the kitchen and gets a red ribbon and ties it around her dog''s member. His snoring stopped.
Later on that night her husband is snoring and so she goes to the kitchen and gets a blue ribbon and ties it around her husband''s member, and he stops snoring.
The next morning her husband wakes up and looks at his dog and looks down at himself.
"I don''t know what happened last night, but it appears we came in first and second."

There is an old Scottish folk song that is very similar -- two young women are walking home in the evening and come upon a man passed out (drunk), lying under a tree. They discuss that they've always been curious about whether it's true what they say about what men wear under their kilts, and this is a perfect chance to find out. They tiptoe up, lift the man's kilt, and discover that indeed, he's wearing nothing underneath. They decide to leave the man a souvenir of their little adventure, so one of the girls removes the ribbon (blue, of course! :) ) from her hair and they tie it around him. When he wakes up in the AM and needs to pee, he hikes up his kilt and finds the ribbon. The closing line of the song is, "I don't know where ya been, me boy, but I see ya won first prize!"
