Hello, just some general inquiry. Has anyone attended Everest Institute and had a hit on their fingerprinting? If so, did you manage to take care of it to start the program(regardless of it was a misdemeanor and/or felony). Did the Corporate office give you a clearance?

I am in Everest U for RN and they would not clear you at all at the Brandon, FL campus. That is something they make very clear right at the beginning. If you have had any run in with the law, you need not apply.

They may say something else to the person that actually has a felony but to those of us without anything, they are all out big and tough. I think it is to make it clear that any violation of the law can and will ruin your life in the medical field. Sorry I cannot be more help but you can try, I would not hold my breath on it though.

What type of felony would they not clear? I don't have it on my background check it just showed on my fingerprints.

Each case is dealt individually by the state so only they are the ones that can really answer this question
