I was petition last June 2007 of an agency based in California and after 7 years of waiting I got my letter from the NVC that my petition is now okay but my problem was that my agency had closed their office already and the fact my NCLEX validity already expired 2 years ago and my U.S Vusa Screen expired last year... Anyone here who can help me with regards to my situation. Thanks

First, you're agency may be closed now, but are they the petitioner?
Second, isn't it a requirement to have a valid US RN licence before visa approval?
And lastly, you have to renew your visa screen certificate, which also means you have to have a current US RN licence.
Congratulations! Hope you sort things out.

you will need an up to date VSC which will mean pass in either NCLEX or CGFNS exam and English exam if required. Although the agency has closed who was your petitioner and when did they close? If they closed a while ago what have you done to find another petitioner?
