re-entry career advice

Specializes in covid vaccine/testing.

I have been a RN since 1989, worked in general hospital, float nurse and ICU. I was gone from 2001 to 2020 from a long family leave and went back to work in 2020 working in COVID testing/ COVID immunization. I love it but now I need to find a more regular position. I took a small nurse re-fresher class(3 days) last Summer. I am not an adrenaline Junkie and I need advice what field/specialty would be the best to start working? hospice? Psychiatry?
