Re-application in nclex-rn ca DENIED.

I don't even know where to start about this. I failed nclex-rn here in California 3x. I took my last exam earlier last year, 2012. Took me a few months to recover from my 3rd failure, I devoted myself to working full time and sometimes more at my airport job. Late last year, I sum up the courage to process my re-application, finally a letter of reply came from the board, I didn't get approved. I was shocked beyond belief. I wasn't expecting something like that to happen. fast forward, the board was asking me to submit a copy of my clinical cases sent directly from my school. which is a thousand miles away. I graduated from La Salle. It wasn't that hard to process the paperworks and I was able to send it after 2 weeks. and everyday since, until now I have been stalking the postman for my mail. today I called the board of nursing and ask about status of my re-application, apparently they just sent the letter on Feb 16. MORE THAN A MONTH before they have decided on what to do with my re-app. I couldnt wait for the damn letter anymore, so I asked them through the phone if I got approved, the analyst told me I didn't get approved even after I sent the record of my clinical cases. and that the letter would explain to me everything that still needs to be done in order for me to meet the minimum requirements. I am sooo frustrated and depressed I don't know what to do. I feel like a dimwit, always hanging around by the mailbox waiting for the mailman, EVERYDAY, eagerly waiting for my mail. I don't know what the board needs me to do. I need help from anyone who has the same dilemma. I feel like I'm gonna die of heart attack anytime now. I have no one to ask or talk to about this. To top it off, I just got laid off from my job with no savings, just bills and a car to pay for. I just don't know what to do anymore. someone please help me...
