I am so sorry to hear of all the problems you have been facing because of failing the exam. All I can offer is "Don't give up". You will pass if you keep on trying. You only fail if you stop trying. Good luck and God bless.

Drexel Excel DVD review course was the answer for me -I could not read another word, pick up another review book.I was able to watch the DVD's although boring at least a change of pace -NCLEC RN number 2 was a piece of cake after a week of nothing but being tied to the DVD player

Letjackson !!!!

:)

You hang i there !, come on now, i know i have been M.I.A for awhile (work and family and life...) but i come in here when i can and this was the first post i saw and had to respond. im glad you are still in there, you can never give up ! dont let "them" win, never never. i just helped my freind pass, on her SIXTH time. i told her that when she passed, all that pain, sorrow and frustration ALL goes away instantly, she didnt beleive me when i told her, but when she passed she calle dme and told me that what i said was right, and you will too. Congrats to the people that pass the first time. But i beleive, that us, the multi test takers ,our liscense is "that much more special" becasue we had to work through such difficlut times. You keep your head up !, always remeber when you pass your work id says

Registered nurse

NOT

Registered nurse (3rd time nclex taker, or 5th or..

or

Registered nurse (23 years expereince)

it just says

registered nurse. PERIOD.

you let me know if you need anything

JON

Re: 3rd time nclex-test taker

hey! guys!...I guessed we're all on the same boat here..., but I guessed it's more depressing for me 'coz I failed 3x, but I won't give up now...just need

to try and get up to the "above passing" and not again another "near passing".

yup! am tired of studying too, but I know my time will come. I know God will help us all get up there and get that RN licence that we were all praying for..So yup! I will try the NCLEX again this coming spring '09.

you know...that must be very tough. I totally agree. I find the whole process in taking the Nclex very expensive - not to mention I'm from outside of the states too. I have to pay an additional $150 to write it where I am so that's 350 each time! I'm writing it the second time hopefully with Suzanne's plan...I don't have to pay another 350! Don't give up!

Set yourself a plan4 months in my opinion is a bit long to study, you may find you get to the stage of over study. Keep practising questions and read the rationale even on the ones you get right.
