hey kids, i am looking for friends and medical braniacs. i am seeking in-service training resources, seminars, competencies for a radiology department staff of 60. i also serve as clinical coordinator for 12 radiologic technology students. i am an RT RN with almost 20 years experience but no idea how to accomplish this task, it is a new appoinment and position so superior development is essential. any takers? sincerely, jay rt rn :uhoh3:
