I am working at a call center which run 24 hours per day.

Each shift is occupied 2-20 RN .

We have a potential caller of 3.7 Million customer , which get medical insurance By the major company at Israel.

We get about 1600-2000 calls per 24 hours.

Each call is recorded by voice recorded system ,along with medical

Report which is computer base algoriythms protocol.

All the protocols has been approve by Medical authority + Legal one.

Average call time is 3-5 minutes..

I would like to know if you have "Shift manager" ?

and what her/his capacity description ?
