Our nurse consultant has recently suggested that we switch from individualized care plans to "I-care" care plans. I've heard about them off and on since around 2009, but I haven't worked at a facility or been part of a corporate facility where they were actually put into place.

Is there anyone on this forum that currently uses these and has been through a state survey? Outcomes?

If you do use them, do they come in a format easily integrated with EHS?

Do you like them? Pros? Cons?
