What do you have so far?

1. The four steps in the nursing process: What steps do you go through when you're writing care plans? These are the steps they are looking for. I'll give you a hint- the first step starts with the letter A.

2. What three reasons do you have so far? I don't want to repeat answers you already have.

3. Think about a stoma. I'm assuming that you know what a stoma is. What are you concerned about? What might indicate a problem? Hint: this answer is very similar to what you would assess in any wound. List some of your ideas.

Try typing your question here: Google. I did, and I found plenty of links with answers.

I'm sure you'll find some very helpful information, and probably the answers to all your questions.

We are happy to help with homework but we will not do it for you. What have you researched so far? What semester are you? You need a care plan book. I prefer Gulanick: Nursing Care Plans, 6th Edition or Ackley: Nursing Diagnosis Handbook, 9th Edition. I the care plan book there are nursing interventions listed. A huge part of becoming a good nurse is the developing of those "critical thinking skills" you hear so much about is a vital skill that has To be learned.

We, as nurses, think differently.....if the worse case scenario happened what would you do for this patient. We have to always be prepared for the what if and how to best care for our patients in the best and safest way. We are also detectives seeking remote information to best care for our patient and find out what is wrong and how best to research to care for it. Nursing is unlike any other profession and makes you develop a unique set of skills......nursing school helps you do this. What does your text book say. Google is your friend

"list what 4 actions make up the nursing process ? Let me google that for you,

Q2. list 5 reasons why is patient positioning important Let me google that for you i have 3 i just 2 more. and

Q3. is list 5 observations when assessing a stoma Let me google that for you"

felly, Your posts have caught my eye because they often don't use anything to denote the start and stop of sentences (e.g. capital letter at the start, period at the end). I don't know if others find it difficult to read posts in that format, but if they do, it may be affecting the number of responses you get. (If people aren't reading through your entire post (as I do not), they're unlikely to be helping you to figure out the answers, even if you have "shown the work" of what you have figured out thus far.)

Hello,

From my understanding, stomas should always be PINK and Moist, never purple..The nursing process is ADPIE!

Goodluck:yeah:
