What are two equianalegic opoids that can be given after swithing from IV to PO pain medications?

Then what are appropriate nursing actions for the patient? PLEASE HELP...

Hydrocodone and Oxycodone. Assess pt. drug allergies, watch for nausea, give with food if necessary. Assess effectiveness after an hour or so.

am thinking Darvon or Percocet, . Then I would look for appropriate response to the oral pain medication...am not sure of other nursing actions...
