kerrynurse Specializes in Critical Care. 209 Posts Sep 8, 2013 I didn't use Saunders but the NCLEX questions are very direct. It is obvious what the question is asking. I used Hurst so I think the questions was similar to the Hurst q-review. You will do well. Make sure you are strong in content prior to taking the exam. 0 Likes
