None whatsoever, and anyone who says they know is playing with you.
The number of questions you got indicates only that it took that many questions for the computer to determine to a 95% certainty that you were competent to begin practice as an RN (and it shut off at that point) or it determined that you were incompetent, and could not pass that day. That's it!
Good luck, and if your State participates in Quick Results, pay the $8 and be done with it :)
Thank you for the kind words... Just nervous bc this is actually my 3rd time sitting for NCLEX...
1st time I used Hurst, got all 265 and was near passing in all categories...
2nd time I used NCSNB, got all 265 and was, again, near passing in all categories...
This time i paid for tutor 1-2x week ($60/lesson!) and got approx 118 and computer shut off!
The first two times I studied 6-8 hrs/day, trying to balance content and practice questions.
This time my tutor (after her assessment of me) told me to just focus on practice questions, as that was where my challenges were. I was a bit nervous bc the majority of my time studying was spent w questions, and just refreshing content. I went through a reputable site for NCLEX tutors, and she had great reviews. However, if I did not pass this 3rd exam I will feel she did me a disservice and may have regressed...I will be checking quick results tmrw! :/

Good luck! I knew someone that got to 150 and passed. Sending good vibes your way!

Someone has passed and failed at every number between the minimum and the maximum number of questions for both the NCLEX-PN and NCLEX-RN.
The number of questions one gets is not indicitive of a pass or failed exam.
I passed!!! Finally! Hooray! It really is possible :)
congrats and welcome to the fold
