Question about taking NCLEX in PA/DE

I have recently graduated from a BSN Program. Before I graduated, my school needed to know which state to send my information to so I could take the NCLEX exam. At the time, I live in Pennsylvania and had a temporary position available in Pennsylvania, so I told the school to send everything to PA. After graduation, I interviewed in Delaware for an Internship. I was offered the full-time position. The problem I am having is that all of my information has gone to Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and they had sent PearsonVue my information. I have my test date scheduled, but I was informed by the Delaware position that I have to have at least a temporary permit in Delaware before my start date, which is two weeks from now. I am not sure if I can be scheduled to test in PA and still get a Delaware temporary permit until I am able to get a license in Delaware by endorsement or would I need to somehow get all of my information out to Delaware.

Can someone PLEASE help me with this issue. I am so nervous I will not have at least the Delaware temporary permit and I will lose the job offer I have in Delaware.
