If I want to take A&P l Lecture for one semester and the second semester I take A&P l Lab, would that be any beneficial than taking both classes at the same time? Also, I believe I will have to take both Microbiology and A&P ll at the same time. In that situation, if I were to take A&P l Lab with Microbiology Lecture and Lab, would that better as well or worse?

I would appreciate your advice, suggestions, and assistance so much!

You need to check the school policy... most require the lab as a corequisite along with the lecture and will not allow the lab to be taken separately. Labs are designed to reinforce what is being learned in lecture.

Check school policy, most require lab and lecture to be taken together. Even if the school does allow them to be separated, it is likely to be much more beneficial to learning to take them together so that the concepts from lecture can be reinforced by lab learning and vice versa.
