question regarding msn vs bsn

I have my bachelors in biology and am currently deciding on applying for my BSN or my MSN. My question is would going the MSN route hinder my ability to get a job that states BSN required?

I think it might actually give you a competitive edge. When they say BSN required, that's the minimum educational requirement to apply for the job, meaning if you have your RN Diploma, usually from hospital based school, that wouldn't qualify. You could also have an Associate's or ADN as an RN which wouldn't qualify either. Right now everything that makes you stand out on your resume is worthwhile.
