Question about re-applying for NCLEX-RN

Hi all, I plan to take the NCLEX-RN in California for the second time. And I just sent in my re-application fee about a week and a half ago. As for my question, is the re-application process necessary to obtain another ATT in order to test again? If so, how long will it take to receive it from the day I mailed it?

Does the BON send me something in the mail or email to confirm that I am able to retake and schedule the test again?

Does anyone know how this re-application process works? please share your experience.

For some states yes the reapplication process is necessary. You also have to pay pearsonvue again and they will send ATT once BRN approves it and you can then arrange a date
