question about pre-emplyment physical

About a month ago I had a pre-employment phsyical for my first job as a RN. They did the standard- draw blood, PPD, urine test, etc. When I went back 2 days later to have my PPD read, the MA said the results of my blood test were in and everything looked fine. I didn't think about it then, but I'm now curious about what they tested me for. I know the urine test was for drugs, and my PPD was negative. Does anyone know?

Thanks! :heartbeat

Maybe they were checking your titers for your vaccinations? Just a guess.

If you didn't have your immunization records with you, they might have drawn titers for MMR, Chickenpox, ect. If "everything was fine"- your titers are probably within normal limits.

My blood was drawn for titers, I think mainly Hep C, at my pre-employment screening.

Simply ask ... and you'll have your answer. There's no need for mystery.
