Anyone ever work there? Are their floors divided up between medical and surgery? Do they have preceptorships for their new grad nurses? Whats the pay like? Thank you

I don't know a whole lot about how their floors are set up. They have internships for new grads that are extremely sought after and highly competitive. Getting a position there prior to graduation would be a move that might increase one's chances of getting noticed.

Yes, the floors are seperate. You have your surgery/trauma floors and you have medicine floors. Ususally it on which teams of physicians are doing the admitting to determine which floors the pt will go to.
