the facility where I work engaged a consultant to write the procedure/policy manual 6mths ago. after lots of delays the consultant decided to travel to our facility to complete the task. The manual is still not complete but she has finnished the task. While visiting the facility the Don & Board chairman requested a performance accessment on a fellow colleague with out her knowledge. What are her legal rights??
