I took the NCLEX yesterday morning at 8am. I studied Kaplan questions for about a month, finishing the whole Qbank, along with all the trainers. I did the "free" questions on NCLEX mastery & Uworld. I read from a mark klimek book my friend had, and I also purchased a Saunders book. I felt prepared, but also scared out of my mind. I didn't know what to expect.
The NCLEX itself is completely random, so don't worry yourself to death trying to memorize everything, bc most likely you won't get hardly anything you studied. With that said, Doing practice questions is the best way to study.
Anyway...
After my test I tried the Pearson vue trick, it worked the first time, but not the second time. I was so worried. I thought for sure I failed bc I got 77 questions and the trick didn't work. I checked this morning and I PASSED!!!
Don't overthink. Don't just go off of the number of questions you get or the result of the Pearson vue trick.
Trust your gut! Hope this gives someone peace of mind. :)

I had 77 questions as well. I did think it was random too. I had 11 SATA, 1 math, 2 drag and drop, and some OB and Prioritizatins, ABG questions. I am getting bad pop up. I really hope my experience will be like yours.
